Advanced Learning Research & Consulting (ALRC) partners with educators, researchers, administrators, and organizations to design and evaluate systems that identify and develop talent.

My work focuses on strengthening how advanced learning opportunities are delivered, so that more students are recognized, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.

At ALRC, I focus on making research usable, so it actually shapes how decisions are made in schools and programs.

Founder & Director of Research

Lindsay Ellis Lee, Ph.D.

I am an educational psychologist and research consultant specializing in gifted and talented education, creativity, and advanced learning systems across PK–20 settings.

My work integrates quantitative methods, psychometrics, and data science to design identification systems, evaluate programs, and analyze large-scale data in ways that directly inform practice.

I partner with school districts, universities, and organizations to build equitable systems, develop measurement tools, and create data-driven solutions that improve access to advanced learning opportunities.

As a former high school educator, I bring a practitioner perspective to my work and am deeply committed to ensuring that research is rigorous and usable.
